Our refund policy is not applicable only on hosting domains, there is no refund in reseller hosting as well. In case we have to refund, we will refund after deducting gateway fee and 20% service fee but as per our refund policy we do not refund hosting domain.

Domain Refund : Once the domain is registered, it is non-refundable.
