Absolute No Refund Policy

All payments made to Ambica Host are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Web Hosting Services: Shared Hosting, Business Hosting, WordPress Hosting
  • VPS Hosting: All VPS plans and configurations
  • Domain Registrations: Once a domain is registered, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances
  • Email Hosting: Business Email, Enterprise Email solutions
  • SMS Services: All SMS packages and credits
  • Reseller Hosting: All reseller accounts and packages
  • SSL Certificates: Once issued, SSL certificates cannot be refunded
  • Addon Services: Any additional services or features
Domain Registration Specifics:

Domain names once registered are permanently non-refundable as they are immediately registered with global registries. You are solely responsible for:

  • Correct spelling of domain during registration
  • Choosing the right domain extension
  • Verifying domain availability before purchase

Policy Acceptance

  1. Mandatory Acceptance

    By placing an order for any of our services, you explicitly:

    • Confirm that you have read this policy in its entirety
    • Agree to all terms without exception
    • Understand that no exceptions will be made
  2. Non-Acceptance

    If you do not agree with any part of this refund policy, you must not place any order with Ambica Host. Your order placement constitutes unconditional acceptance.

Shipping Policy

All our services are digital and delivered electronically. Therefore:

  • No physical products are shipped
  • No shipping charges apply
  • Instant activation for most services
  • Delivery time for VPS/Dedicated servers: 1-24 hours after payment verification

Final Acknowledgment

We do not make any exceptions to this policy for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Non-usage of the service
  • Service dissatisfaction
  • Change of mind
  • Migration to another provider
  • Technical issues (we provide support instead)
  • Account termination/suspension due to policy violations
